Adrian Stanley joins Northern Architecture’s board
We are pleased to be welcoming Adrian Stanley to the board who joined us this month as the tenth member of Northern Architecture’s board.
Adrian is a Senior Office Partner at the Newcastle office of Eversheds law firm who specialises in urban regeneration schemes for both the public and private sectors.
His recent experience includes acting for Tees Valley Regeneration and English Partnerships with regard to the proposed mixed use development at Middlehaven on Teesside which is to be lead by BioRegional Quintain Limited.
In addition he has been advising Sunderland arc, English Partnerships and One NorthEast with regard to the various regeneration schemes being undertaken by Sunderland arc and in particular the schemes at the former Vaux site and Holmeside.
Over the years he has dealt with a large number of developments on behalf of both One NorthEast and English Partnerships as well as Middlesbrough and Cleveland Borough Councils and private sector clients such as Scottish & Newcastle plc and the Home Group.
Adrian is a member of the regional leadership team of Business in the Community, is also a board member of the North East Enterprise Bond, and a Governor at Dame Allan's Schools. He is a former member of the board of Byker Bridge Housing Association.
