The Design Council Cabe is pleased to announce the publication of the Bishop Review of built environment design support in England on the 18th of October 2011. The Bishop Review was commission by the Design Council to clarify and recommend a nation-wide system of support to deliver design quality in the built environment. Over 450 people contributed to the consultation though written submissions and participation in stakeholder roundtables and workshops. In keeping with the spirit of openness and dialogue the review generated, Design Council Cabe would like to invite members of the built environment community to join a live online event with Peter Bishop, Paul Finch Design Council Cabe Chair, David Kester Design Council Chief Executive, as well as industry leaders to discuss and debate the implications of the review’s findings and recommendations.

The online discussion will be taking place on the 18th of October from 3:30pm to 4:30pm at the Design Council website. Design Council Cabe is happy to collect questions ahead of time, please email any questions to dc-cabereview@designcouncil.org.uk.
