Do you have a project for which you need a design team? Are you looking for high standards and innovation?

Design Competitions involve the publishing of a scheme brief and inviting submissions to compete for the tender. The process can help you get to know a number of possible design teams and at the same time offer your scheme exposure.
A design ideas competition can bring forward and develop ideas for a particular site or scheme which can be use to inform a design brief.

Northern Architecture can project manage and promote a design competition for your scheme. Large and small schemes are welcome.
