Make your school greener! - take part in Green Day 2010
Green Day is an event that helps you make your school sustainable. It helps schools to focus on the link between climate change, buildings and spaces.
Aimed at both primary and secondary schools (Key Stages 1-3), CABE (Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment) are inviting schools to hold their own Green Day any time between the 4 June - 2 July, and are providing Teacher Activity Kits, packed with lesson ideas, for schools to use. CABE are also offering training to schools via free workshops or via an online document that will help schools make policy and infrastructure changes to their schools that will reduce their CO2 emissions.
